Today I saw plenty of high end SUVs at my small village. And that point of time I started feeling like someone from my village has got selected for IAS or may be someone is on groom hunting and many more. But for my each and every thought I had a negative answer myself. IAS results are long gone and far long to come, according to hindu customs this is not the time for groom hunting. I spent almost two long hours to understand what could be the reason. I tried all possible mathematics but all my calculations went in vain. But then my 4 year old nefew Gokul helped me to understand what has really happend. Gokul with his all innocence asked me "uncle, raja rani aaye the". Since then I have no question to ask as now I know 'election has come'.
Now this is the time for real hunting. Hunters are coming out with all their arsenal. Now this time we have to decide hunt or get hunted.

who is responsible

I have just visited Delhi. On my return journey suddenly I started comparing cities with my very small village. Though both are in same country but having a huge difference. Where cities are privileged with all modern facilities villages are starving for basic amenities like black top roads, hospitals, schools, electricity, clean water, transportation. Since then I have a question for those, who are policy maker, who are responsible. am I living in third world or my country is having separate policies for big cities where rich people live and small villages where common man lives. I need an answer.
